Cheers to the last soup of the season! (Hopefully.) The weather finally seems to be turning in favor of spring and I suppose this was my final craving for hot soup, at least for the time being. This soup is one of my favorites, my special Thai Coconut Curry Soup. It’s packed full of food magick and the best part is it’s the one soup that isn’t chili (which isn’t technically soup) that my husband will eat!

So when I saw this recipe for Hungarian Mushroom Soup, I couldn’t help but make it myself. I’ve made a few tweaks to my take on the recipe but I’ve included the traditional recipe for you to be able to decide how to make yours.
